Memento of the King Grey Warden

There is so much to say to describe Alistair Theirin. Half-orphan. Bastard. Nearly a Templar. Warrior. Lover. Friend. In some endings he becomes a King, in other he dies. But what he always is - is a Gray Warden. And that is the main inspiration I had for this piece. So my intention was that this piece should be mainly Grey Warden-ish but with the richness worthy of a king Alistair will be .

I am selfishly applying my ending to this, because in my playghtrough he was a king .
My Warden left to fight the Darkspawn, but even if she couldn't be with her lover all the time, she was determined to make him remember her and remember what he really is. Oghren whined and whined when she asked him to make silver shape similar to chestpiece Grey Warden wear (because silver? really? SO impractical!) and put it on the dark iron cuff and it was Shale who ended up making the golden filigree. Anders found some topaz stones and gave them to her for that occasion. The silver ribbon was embroided by the Warden Commander herself and her colorful curses echoing in the castle as she was pricking her fingers with a needle made Zevran and Nathaniel breathless with laughter ^^.

What your headcanon would be for a piece like that? What was your ending? :>

The bracelet is made of metallic polymer clay on the wooden core with 10 golden topaz Swarovski zirconias . It's 5 cm wide. The base is charcoal and the main color is silver with golden Gray Warden insignia and filigree. The inside is painted with the acrylic paint that matches in color metallic charcoal base. There is the whole text of the Joinning ritual engraved on the polymer clay "ribbon" woven around the cuff, those exact words Alistair said while accepting our Wardens to the organisation.

"Join us, brothers and sisters. Join us in the shadows where we stand vigilant. Join us as we carry the duty that can not be forsworn. And should you perish, know that your sacrifice will not be forgotten. And that one day we shall join you."
