. I had a blast making it, right to the very end and the feathers. I tried to make them out of clay, but thay didn't look too good, so I went and bought real ones, and those looked... not the best either. The earrings were the first thing I started to make but actually I finished them at the very end. I came back to the clay feathers and had to redesign the top and the way they were hanged so the feathers could swing a little but not so much that they would cover the earring design. I know the design was very specific, so if the winner would not like it, she can simply unhook the feathers and leave just earrings without them. Hope she would be happy to get them as much as I was happy making them .. Painted with matt varnish.
